Submission

In order to participate in the contest, you have to send an email to support@livebase.com whose subject is "FLUTTER DEV CONTEST - your-livebase-username".

Such email must be sent by March 31st, 2023 at 23:59 CET, and it must contain the following attachments:

• engine model of the backend generated with Livebase. This must be the model provided by us, properly extended by you (with the Livebase Designer) in order to implement the additional requirements listed at the end of the App Requirements section.
  
  Open the model into the Livebase Designer and select the "Export xml" command in the "File" menu. Alternatively, right-click on the Cloudlet's engine and select the "Download" option uin the contextual menu. Check the Backend Setup page for more information;
  
  By following the instructions above, you should get a file named "Meetings_Registry.xml" that you must attach as-is to the submission email;
  
  

• source code of the Flutter frontend, including all relevant files, classes, and libraries. This may include both Dart and Flutter-specific code. Please compress all these files into a ZIP archive named "sources.zip" and attach it to the submission email;
  
  

• assets required to build or execute the frontend: images, icons, or fonts, dependencies or packages, environment variables or settings files, anything might help us evaluating your work. Please compress all these files into a ZIP archive named "assets.zip" and attach it to the submission email;
  
  

• declaration that you accept the rules of the contest, that the source code and all the other software artifacts attached are provided with a free open-source license, and that you accept our Privacy Policy, including our right to publish your code on our website for training and/or promotional purposes.
